Sharing the Gospel can be difficult, immediate results are not guaranteed
Acts 24:24-25
24 After some days Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish, and he sent for Paul and heard him speak about faith in Christ Jesus. 25 And as he reasoned about righteousness and self-control and the coming judgment, Felix was alarmed and said, “Go away for the present. When I get an opportunity I will summon you.”
Acts 26:28
And Agrippa said to Paul, “In a short time would you persuade me to be a Christian?”
There are results of taking every opportunity to share the Gospel
People will talk about it! After sharing the Gospel with Governor Festus for 2 years, when king Herod Agrippa II (the ruler of northern and eastern Palestine) and Porcius Festus (the Roman governor of Judea) are conversing, they discuss the Gospel when trying to decide what to do with Paul. This gave Paul the opportunity to share the Gospel with king Agrippa II.
Acts 25:19
“Rather they had certain points of dispute with him about their own religion and about a certain Jesus, who was dead, but whom Paul asserted to be alive.”
