Discipleship Metrics Assessment

This discipleship metrics assessment is to help you get a clear picture of where you are in your discipleship journey. You can take this assessment alone, but ideally you should take it for yourself, and also ask your discipler to take it answering the questions for where they think YOU are, and then compare notes. Also, make sure to input your discipler's email so they get a copy of your results.

This assessment is 50 questions, and will take about 20 minutes to complete.  Everyone is on a growth journey, and none of us have “arrived” in our walks with the Lord.  As you take this assessment, be as honest as possible with each answer.  A 1 is not a failure, and a 5 is not perfection.  Every number you put down helps you know how to grow.

Time with Jesus is of the utmost importance. All of the things you want to achieve in your day hinge on starting your time with focusing on Jesus, and giving him your attention.  The following questions will help you gauge your daily devotion of getting with Jesus daily.

The Word of God is the basis of everything we believe as Christians.  If we aren't solid in our understanding of the Bible, then how will we know what is true, right, noble, excellent or praiseworthy? The following questions will help you gauge your devotion and study of Scripture.

Evangelism is a core value for every believer--because Scripture tells us it is.  We are on this earth with the greatest goal of bringing others to Christ.  How confident and consistent are you in intentionally sharing your faith?   The following questions will help you gauge the level of evangelism in your life.

It's easy to just look at spiritual health as believers, but if our body is a temple of the Lord, it matter that we are holistic in our approach to health.   The following questions will help your health in different areas of your life.

Friendships, romantic relationships and the way we relate to our families are vitally important to the health of our walk with God and our ability to lead other to Him.   The following questions will help your assess the health of your personal relationships.

Step 1 is being discipled.  Step 2 is learning to disciple others.  When we do these 2 things well, the church can grow.   The following questions will help your assess your commitment to discipleship.
