Matthew 5:14-16
14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

What is a Laser Beam?

Definition - an intense beam of coherent monochromatic light by stimulated emission of photons from excited atoms or molecules.

When you focus light into a laser accuracy, you get things like: laser engraving, LASIK eye surgery, LIDAR, laser welding, fiber-optic internet, and 3d scanners.

Lasers are just concentrated light.  So, what if we let God use all of the light He’s put in us, and we let him concentrate it on a single spot?

In the Bible

1 Peter 4:10
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
