The Acts of the Apostles

God + absolutely nothing = everything. Everything we will ever need in life will come from God with absolutely no required input from us.
Don’t place extra biblical requirements on new believers.
God’s Word moves and accomplishes much because He is the author and His word is without mistake and without error. God’s Word is completely saturated with grace to those who, like you and me, need grace. And truth to those who, like you and me, need truth.
The Good News we see here in Acts 15 is because of this debate that took place, and because of the questions that were asked and answered, and because we see the Holy Spirit in charge, we now today, in 2023, have a model to handle differences in the church.
Vs. 12 And the assembly fell silent and listened to Barnabas and Paul
What do we learn about theological debates that take place in our midst? We never move off the gospel.
We work to preserve unity.

 I will spend time this week looking at what I believe and asking if it's based on Scripture.
 I will decide where my level of comfort is in working with other churches who believe different things, and ask myself, "Where is the line?"
